What you'll do

  • Support the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screenings.
  • Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Assist in innovating and optimizing HR processes, focusing on efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to address business needs and improve HR functions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve the HR function.
